It was a pleasure working with the Anderson team on a new home purchased over 1 year ago. High quality craftsmanship at a reasonable price from a locally owned builder was exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience with the costume home builder. Even though the home was already near complete when we purchased it, the quality of the design and craftsmanship immediately stood out. The layout is thoughtful, functional, and beautifully designed, and reflects great attention to detail. It’s clear the builder takes pride in their work and builds homes to a very high standard. We are extremely happy with our purchase and would highly recommend this builder for a well-designed, high quality custom home.

I purchased my new home from Anderson in May 2025. Moved from New Jersey to Virginia. My home is 1600 sq. Ft. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths rooms very spacious. I knew what I wanted in my house a 2 car garage .step in shower and front porch. My home is perfect and I love it. Work is Impeccable from Kitchen Island to flooring. Carpeting and painting. Every detail meticulous. If you buy a home from Anderson you will find out how polite. Respectful and most important to me Integrity. Matthew Anderson is all of the above. You will not be disappointed if you buy your home from them. Make your dream home a reality with them.

Anderson Home construction is fantastic. Great craftsmanship, friendly staff, and a beautiful home all around.

Jobsite was spotless every time I visited.
There are great craftsmanship touches they add without charging out the woodworks. (The beautiful white oak columns and mantle.)

Matt, Logan and the rest of the team could not have been easier to work with.

100/100 would recommend them for anything.

Anderson Home Construction has been a pleasure to work with. I purchased my house in 2025 and have had little to no issue! For the minor issue typical of a new construction I've been able to reach out to them and they are quick to respond and repair the issue. I would absolutely recommend Anderson Home Contruction to anyone!

We moved to Virginia from California. Our home was built by Anderson builders. The craftsmanship and quality of our new home was outstanding. But beyond the physical stuff of a home being built, was the man behind the scene. Alan Anderson and his son Matthew. I’ve never in my lifetime had the owner of a company be at the walk through, and continue to care for my family and was hands on also a phone call away. Alan also would come out and check on us, if there was any small issues Alan was there. His son Matthew a really good person too. When things needed to be done Matthew was here also for has. Just the best experience on a new home built by the AndersonBuilders. Bottom line there Quality of craftsmanship there hands on, and making you feel like family and our first friends in Virginia, just a fabulous experience. And 4 years later both Alan and his son Matthew, are still friends. Thank you again Anderson Builders for being #1 builders. Coach Watters

This company is what we all look for when building a house: honest, excellent workmanship, stands behind their product.

I'm very happy with how my build turned out! Honestly, I think it's the house I always wanted to own "one day." I can tell there was a lot of attention to detail during the build.

I would use this company again and would recommend them!
